Jeff Elkrief is an associate attorney at Richie Litigation and primarily focuses his practice on matters pertaining to Employment Law and Criminal Defense.
With respect to Employment Law, Mr. Elkrief has extensive experience litigating claims against employers for claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act.
While in law school, Mr. Elkrief served as a law clerk at both the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office as well as four divisions of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Elkrief also served as a full-time Judicial Extern to the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Elkrief advocates for his clients vigorously and works closely with them to fight for their best interests.
Mr. Elkrief is admitted to practice law in California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Elkrief earned his Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law and his B.A in Political Science from UC Irvine.
